Kyle Phillips brings a rare combination of discipline, leadership, and operational precision to Alpha Property Pros. His professional foundation was forged in the United States Army, where he began his career in 2004 and completed two full deployments during the Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan. Those years instilled in him a deep understanding of accountability, structure, and performance under pressure—skills that continue to define his approach today.
From 2009 to 2017, Kyle worked as a government contractor, operating directly on the ground and in mission alongside U.S. troops. This experience further refined his ability to manage complex operations, coordinate teams, and execute critical objectives with accuracy and efficiency. It also reinforced his belief that strong systems and decisive leadership are essential in any high-performing organization.
In 2017, Kyle transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding his own property inspection business that spanned residential, commercial, and specialized inspection services. Through that work, he developed a sharp operational mindset centered on timeliness, effectiveness, and client service. His guiding principle—“pressure, timeliness, effectiveness, and efficiency”—continues to influence every operational decision he makes.
Today, as Operations Manager, Kyle ensures that Alpha Property Pros runs with precision behind the scenes. From logistics and systems to execution and accountability, he brings battle-tested leadership to the customer experience, making him the operational backbone clients want in their corner.
